This week we’ve taken a bit of inspiration from our pinterest board How To Make A Sandwich The Right Way and put together a list of our favourite sandwich recipes. We’ve found lots of creative ideas that will hopefully give you lots of inspiration next time you fancy a lunchtime treat!

First up is a mouth-watering, Vietnamese inspired dish from the UK’s best known chef. If you’re anything like me you’ll have lots of leftover turkey this Christmas so it’s definitely worth keeping this in mind when boxing day rolls around!

If you’re a fan of the hit US tv show Fringe then you’ll recognise this as being similar to the snack favoured by “the observers”. If you like spicy food and melted cheese then you cant really go wrong with this one.

Finally we’ve got a Monte Cristo from Amy Johnson at I’ve actually made this one myself and can say that it tastes as good as it looks. The recipe is nice and easy to follow and you don’t need too many ingredients.
