This is probably our most frequently asked question, and we’re happy to say that the answer is no ūüôā

Anyone is free to buy from us and enjoy our bulk deals! We also have no minimum order values so you’re free to order as little or as much as you need.

We offer¬†2-5 working day delivery for all mainland UK orders. We have no minimum order size,¬†however we do provide¬†Free Delivery when you spend over ¬£40 ūüôā

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer this service. However we do plan to introduce it in the future, so watch this space!

Most products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, however you must contact us before posting, as we will arrange a free collection for anything that has arrived damaged or incorrect, although it is unusual for this to happen.

Unfortunately we are not able to refund any items that are returned to us without prior notification.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for any date sensitive items (due to hygiene reasons) or certain bulky/furniture items, so please be sure to check the “additional information” tab on the product pages¬†to see if the item may be exempt.

We accept all major credit / debit cards through our SSL Secure, 100% PCI compliant checkout page.

We only include a packing slip with our deliveries, so if you would like a VAT invoice please email us at hello@eatbig.co.uk with your order number, or reply to your order confirmation email and a member of our team will forward one across.

We store groceries in a separate warehouse so mixed orders of food, furniture or business equipment may arrive in separate deliveries. So if something is missing this is almost always¬†the reason, please don’t panic! The remaining items¬†will be with you shortly ūüôā

On very rare occasions an item from your delivery may be missing due to a stock error in our warehouse, if this is the case you’ll receive¬†a notification on your delivery note with the quantity missing, this¬†will follow within the next couple of days at no additional delivery cost.
