- Italian speciality biscuits
- Perfect with dessert wines or coffee
- Long expiration dates
Forno Bonomi Amaretti Biscuits are tiny dome-shaped cookies made with a paste of ground almonds, sugar and egg whites that have a crunchy exterior with a delicious soft interior. Amaretti, Italian for macaroons, are versatile biscuits made by Italian bakers. The biscuits are traditionally served with sweet dessert wines but they also taste good with other beverages and desserts.
The biscuits are not overly sweet and may be eaten on their own if you fancy enjoying the wonderful almond tang. They are particularly good with a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Grind them and use the crumbled pieces as a base for your cheesecake, or sprinkle them over ice cream for added flavour!
Keep this pack of delicious Forno Bonomi Amaretti Biscuits in a cool and dry place. You can also transfer them in an airtight container to retain freshness.
Forno Bonomi is a specialty baker in Verona, Italy and has been baking fabulous biscuits since 1850.
