Quaker Oats Oat So Simple pots are ready to cook porridge that contains fast-cooking wholegrain rolled oats. It is a good source of fibre that helps lower blood cholesterol, and is packed with vitamin A, B vitamins and essential minerals. It also has no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Simply fill pot with hot water, stir and wait two minutes. The oats mix well producing a creamy porridge with wonderful consistency.
