To make a cheesecake you will need, in addition to this mix – 1 pre prepared base. This 1.04kg bag will make enough cheesecake filling for 4 x 25cm or 8 x 18cm cheesecakes. Preparation Guidelines For a 25cm cheesecake pour 850ml (1.5 pints) of cold milk into a bowl. Weigh 260g cheesecake filling mix and blend until smooth. Whisk the mixture at a low speed for 1 minute until blended, then on a high speed for 3 minutes until it thickens. Spread the filling over a pre prepared base and chill for 1 hour before serving.
