To Make 19.88L/35 pints (198 ptns), 3.5kg (whole bag), Boiling Water 7 litres, Cold Water 11 litres. Preparation Instructions 1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water. 2. Stir well until completely dissolved. 3. Add the cold water and stir well. 4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.
