Chef’s Larder Natural Breadcrumbs are made in the United Kingdom from British flour. HVO free, no artificial colours.
Store in a cool, dry place. Re-seal bag after use.
For crunchy coating, pour some breadcrumbs onto a shallow plate. Dip the food you want to coat into beaten egg then roll in the breadcrumbs coating evenly. Deep fry at 160°C-180°C or shallow fry until golden and food is ping hot throughout. All fryers vary. Consult manufacturer’s hand book to determine the best frying temperature.
Hints & Tips: Try scattering on top of cooked pasta then baking for a crunchy pasta bake.
