Preparation Guidelines 3kg minced beef, 250g Chilli con Carne Sauce Recipe Mix, 2.5kg tinned chopped tomatoes, 2.5kg red kidney beans drained, 750ml water. Brown the mince, add the sauce mix, tomatoes, red kidney beans and water. Stir well then bring to the boil, simmer on a low heat, covered for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
