Maggi Coconut Milk Powder is a premium ingredient made from the best quality Sri Lankan coconuts. It is a cold mix powder that mixes and blends equally well with warm water, making a smooth cream without any lumps. Its versatility gives you the option to make a thin cream to a thick paste, or sprinkle it directly on the dish you are cooking. Either way the authentic coconut flavour will stand out strongly or subtly, it’s up to you!
This powder has nothing artificial added and is suitable for vegetarian and halal diets. Use it on curries, soups, sauces, and vegetable and seafood dishes.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct heat and moisture. Once opened, transfer any unused powder to airtight container.
Maggi is a brand that produces a range of instant soups, noodles and seasonings. They have been owned by Nestlé since 1947.
