Maggi Lemon and Herb Crunchy Bake is the perfect partner to add crunch to fish, meat and vegetables – just coat and bake. Crunchy Bake is a great way to get children eating oily fish such as trout and salmon, and adds crunch to cheaper cuts of fish such as hake or coley. Use to coat fillets, fishcakes, or try sprinkling over fish pie before baking. Use to coat a flattered piece of pork for a great schnitzel. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a fresh rocket salad.
Dip the fish or chicken in the egg to coat. Press firmly into the breadcrumb mix until all sides are well coated. Place the portions on a preheated, parchment-lined baking tray and bake according to instructions given. Ensure the fish or chicken reaches a minimum core temperature of 75°C. Do not return unused Crunchy Bake to the pack.
