For a speedy crumble, sprinkle crumble mix on top of warm stewed fruit and finish off under the grill. When using hard fruits such as apples or pears, part cook prior to baking to ensure they soften fully during baking. Sprinkle crumble mix onto a variety of baked goods, prior to baking, such as muffins, sponges or tray bakes. For best results once the bag is opened, keep tightly closed and use within two months.
