Preparation Instructions Add couscous to a bowl, add an equal quantity of boiling water and stir. Cover and leave to stand until the water has been absorbed (about 5 minutes). Separate grains with a fork before serving. Hints & Tips Can be served hot or cold. Traditionally used as a base for Moroccan dishes, usually in tagines. Also ideal for salads and vegetarian dishes. Enhance the flavour of the couscous by adding lemon juice, butter or extra virgin olive oil. Try using as an alternative to rice or potatoes.
