Chef’s Larder Paprika can be used to add colour and mild heat to any savoury food. Delicious in goulash, stews and soups. An ideal garnish for devilled eggs, potatoes and pasta salads. But the flavour is more effectively produced by heating it gently in oil.
Try adding to red wine and garlic to make a rich warm marinade for beef, cubed and skewered for delicious beef kebabs.
