Just add vinegar and sugar to customise the sauce to your preference.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from too much heat and moisture. Keep the sauce refrigerated after opening, and consume contents within two months. Always use a clean spoon when getting portions from the jar.
Colman’s began its mustard and flour business in 1814 in Stoke Holy Cross, 4 miles south of Norwich. In 1858, the production factory was established in Norwich and still exists there today. The brand was acquired by Unilever UK in 1995.
