Chinese Five Spice is a blend of classic Chinese spices and is used to give a typical flavour to all Chinese dishes.

Combine with Szechuan pepper, add to stir fried prawns and serve immediately. Use as an essential ingredient in the spice rub for crispy duck. Add to marmalade, honey and soy sauce for a sticky glaze for chicken wings.
