Ideal for meat and vegetable curries where spicy heat is required. Fry sliced onion, curry powder, coriander leaves and garlic together and serve with barbecued swordfish steak and a squeeze of lemon juice. Heat cooked potato, poached smoked haddock, stock and double cream together. Add curry powder and chives to produce an alternative chowder.
