Mr. Yoshida’s Sauces are soy-based flavourings that can be used for all types of meat products, like chicken and pork. The amazingly sweet version of soy sauce, Mr. Yoshida’s sauces make a great base for dishes like stir-frys and teriyaki. They even make plain white rice taste wonderful. They are guaranteed to deliver the savoury flavour you taste in Asian cuisine.
These Kosher-approved sauces work its wonders in gravies, steak and barbecue marinades. They also work well on poultry and seafoods. Just give the meat ample time to absorb the sauce for that remarkably sweet and savoury Asian tang on your food.
Serving Suggestion: For scored fillets or steaks, marinate for 20-30 minutes. For poultry, use enough marinade to coat the skin. For barbecue, marinate for 1 hour prior to grilling.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and moisture. Keep unused portions refrigerated once opened, and consume within 6 months.
Yoshida’s Sauces were first developed in Kyoto, Japan by the Yoshida family for preparation of meats in their restaurant.
