What is subscription ordering?
Our subscription service provides a super simple and unique way for you to keep your business or household stocked up. It can also save you up to 20% on every delivery!
We do this by automatically delivering your chosen consumables (paper, pens, cleaning products, coffee, tea, bathroom supplies or whatever else you choose) at an interval defined by you. No more running out of paper for the printer, or even worse, coffee for the team! We've seen it before and it's not pretty!
We are currently one of the few (or quite possibly the only!) dedicated business supply stores in the UK to offer automated ordering, a system that can really save you time and money. It's also really easy to set up!
How does it work?
Once you find a product you'd like to order, you can check whether it is available for subscription ordering by looking above the "add to cart" button. Eligible products will display the option to subscribe along with the discounted subscription price. Once you click on it you will be able to choose your delivery interval, this ranges from once per week to once every 6 months.
Once you've chosen your delivery interval, simply add it to the cart and you can check out as you would normally but at the discounted price. We'll then deliver it within 2-5 working days :)
Our system will automatically generate a new order and take payment once your chosen time interval has passed. You will receive an email confirmation and we will usually deliver it the day after. It's that easy!
How many items do I need to order?
We have no minimums or maximums for subscription orders, you may order as much or as little as you like!
We offer free delivery on all orders over £40 so we advise that you reach this amount if you don't want to pay for shipping, however it's not a necessity. Any orders below £40 will be charged £3.99 (including VAT) per delivery.
Can I choose different delivery intervals for different items?
Yes you can!
Many customers like to have faster moving items like paper, envelopes, drinks or biscuits delivered more regularly, say every month, and then have less frequently used items like rice, pasta, new files, plastic wallets, stationary or storage boxes delivered every 2-6 months.
You can add items with different delivery intervals to the same cart and our system will automatically separate them after you've checked out. Pretty neat ey!
Which products are available for subscription ordering?
We have over 10,000 items in stock and around 70% are available on subscription. The items are usually things that you would use regularly like condiments, seasonings, paper, cleaning products, bin bags, drinks, stationary and even break time snacks!
How do I view my subscription once it's set up?
Once your order is placed you'll receive an email with a link to your subscriptions dashboard (there is also a link at the bottom of every page on our website and here!). You'll be able to log in and view upcoming orders, add or remove products, change delivery dates and much more!
Can I cancel?
Of course! You can easily cancel at any time through your subscription dashboard.
I don't need my order this month, can I skip it?
Yes you can! Simply log into your subscription dashboard and you'll be able to see a list of all upcoming subscription orders. You can click on any of these and skip them if your order isn't needed or you won't be available, for example if you family is on holiday or your business is closed over Christmas. You will not be charged for skipped orders. You can also recover them if you change your mind.
Which products offer the best discounts?
All products are discounted when you subscribe to them, however you can generally find the biggest subscription discounts from food cupboard items like coffee, tea, sugar, seasonings and condiments.

I want to order something on subscription but I also need to order something else as a regular purchase, do I need to place two orders?
We're happy to say that you don't have to. You can add regular purchases and subscription purchases to the same cart without any problems! Both items will be delivered on the next working day and after that only the subscription purchase will be renewed at your chosen delivery interval.
An example of this would be if you purchased a shredder and some shredder bags. It would be useful to have the bags on subscription for when you run out but the shredder will only be needed once.
Which products do you recommend for subscription ordering?
With over 10,000 products on offer, it's really hard to list everything that you could subscribe to, but we do have some basics that every business or household will likely need.
We generally recommend taking a look at the essentials to start with and then working up from there. For example, we all generally hot drinks, bathroom supplies and cleaning products, so they could be good options for a monthly subscription.
Businesses are also likely to need stationary, storage boxes, paper, files, postage supplies and notepads from time to time so these could be a good option for an additional delivery every 2-6 months.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Of course! Our system automatically sends you a VAT invoice via email whenever an order is shipped.
